Deb’s consulting services focus on encouraging and equipping Christian leaders who seek God’s desire for their lives, their organizations, and the lives of those entrusted to their care. She assists leaders with awareness and transformation strategies that bring forth faithful and intentional living and leading, thriving cultures, engaged staff and effective service/product outcomes. Deb offers services in the following areas of people, leadership and organizational development:

As an adviser to and consultant with Missional Movement International, Bill’s approach is to start with a clean slate. No standard models or cookie cutter solutions. His experience has taught him that the dynamics of each organization is as varied as the people that make up that organization. Bill’s consulting services include: Developing a Culture of Servant Leadership; Building High Performing Staffs and Organizations of Excellence; Strategic Planning; Resource and Facilities Management and Safety; and Committee Management. He can assist senior leaders with assessing the current strengths and weaknesses of the organization, developing and selling a vision for the future and then identifying and executing the necessary steps to achieve that vision. A trained facilitator and instructor, Bill can help build and present the vehicles required to strengthen or significantly change any organization and staff that strives for higher performance and levels of excellence. Seeing first hand the impact the local church and other faith based organizations can have on the world, Bill is dedicated to helping them become only the best at what they do in service to Jesus Christ.
